Good to Know

• The studios, suites, and rooms are available from 2:30 PM.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the studios and rooms by 9:30 AM.
• Breakfast is served from 7:45 to 10:00 AM.
• Dinner is served from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
• All prices are exclusive of the tourist tax of EUR 2.60 per person per day.
• No pets are allowed in the hotel during the winter months.

Payment of the outstanding bill must be made at the latest by 5:30 PM on the day before departure

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations 29 to 14 days before arrival will incur an 80% cancellation fee, and cancellations 13 days to 1 day before arrival, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the rooms will be charged for the entire period.
