Winter Wonderland

• Romantic Winter Hikes A special tip is the alpine hut in Schwarzachtal, where you can enjoy music and free sled rental (suitable for couples and families).

• Sledding Fun for the Whole Family Experience the illuminated toboggan run at Hainzenberg – the Gerlossteinbahn, the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal, with sled rental available.                      Opening Hours: Mon-Sun 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM,                                            Evening Sledding: 7:45 PM – 9:15 PM.
• Cross-Country Skiing Enjoy cross-country skiing in the side valleys of the Gerlos Valley – Schönachtal, Innertail, and the high-altitude trail in Hochkrimml. You can even experience the winter landscape at night, as 1.5 km of the trail is illuminated from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Additional Activities Arena Coaster Tobogganing fun in the Zillertal, located directly at the valley station of the Rosenalmbahn in Zell am Ziller. The Arena Coaster offers excitement and speed for everyone. This 1,450-meter-long coaster ride starts at the valley station in Zell am Ziller—18 km from the hotel—and features waves, steep curves, and jumps, making it a year-round attraction for young and old alike. A 360° and a 540° spin add extra adrenaline.
• Snowpark in Gerlos The park area is located along the Vorkogel lift, facing sunny south and covers an area of 30,000 m². A new FunRun with steep curves and numerous integrated obstacles awaits all freestylers in the fun park. There are also beginner and medium areas to round out the offering. Additionally, a cozy chill-out area at the park container with sound system and service station creates the perfect atmosphere.
